About UtilityPorts
Free, fast, and private developer tools — built by a developer, for developers.
Who Built This?
UtilityPorts was created by a software developer who spent far too much time switching between dozens of different websites just to format a JSON string, decode a JWT, or generate a UUID. Every tool worked differently. Most were cluttered with ads, required sign-ups, or sent your data to third-party servers.
So instead of complaining, I built UtilityPorts — a single, clean, fast platform where every tool just works. No accounts. No paywalls. No unnecessary complexity.
What Is UtilityPorts For?
UtilityPorts is a growing collection of free online utilities designed to speed up everyday development workflows. The goal is simple: give developers, engineers, and technical users a reliable tool for each repetitive task, available instantly from any browser, on any device, without any friction.
Every tool on this platform runs server-side on secure infrastructure. Your input data is processed and immediately discarded — no data is stored, sold, or shared.
What Kind of Tools?
UtilityPorts covers a growing set of categories:
- →Data formatting — JSON Formatter, JSON Minifier, XML/CSV converters
- →Encoding & decoding — Base64, URL encoding, HTML entities
- →Security & cryptography — Hash generators (MD5, SHA-256, SHA-512), JWT decoder
- →Identity & time — UUID generator, Unix timestamp converter
- →Development utilities — Regex tester, Cron parser, QR code generator
New tools are added regularly. If you have a suggestion, use the Contact page.
