1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UtilityPorts and its owner(s), contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools.

This includes but is not limited to:

• •Incorrect output from any tool (e.g. incorrect hash, malformed JSON)
• •Security incidents caused by pasting sensitive data into online tools

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which in most cases will be zero, as all tools are free).

5. Prohibited and Abusive Use

You agree not to use UtilityPorts for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent. Tool output generated by your own input data belongs to you.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertisements served by third parties such as Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any external sites or advertisers. Links to third-party sites do not constitute our endorsement of those sites. Visiting third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.

9. Modifications to These Terms
